Membership is of 6 categories:

 

1. Full membership:

 

Open to all graduate women in Uganda. A full member is expected to participate and contribute towards the achievement of the objects of the Organisation.

 

2. Associate membership:

 

Open to any person (male and female) who has attended a university course or who has qualified by training or experience in any of the ancillary services to university faculty, or in any profession but has not attained a university degree. Associate members are not entitled to vote nor hold any office.

 

3. International membership:

 

Open to university or professional women who live outside Uganda

 

4. Junior membership:

 

Open to undergraduate women or post graduate students. These pay a nominal subscription fee.

 

5. Honorary Membership:

 

Shall be conferred by the general meeting in its discretion on any person who in its opinion is supportive of the aims and objectives of the Organisation

 

6. Life membership:

 

Shall be open to any full member of the organisation who wishes to join the organisation for life.
